Amanda is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a broad background in rehabilitation and a passion for helping people move better and feel stronger. She has experience across several key areas, including musculoskeletal (MSK) and pain management, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, falls prevention, long Covid recovery, cancer rehabilitation, and supporting those with osteoarthritis and inflammatory arthritis.
Her approach is all about collaboration — working closely with each patient to understand their goals and create practical, evidence-based treatment plans that fit into real life. Amanda believes in setting achievable goals that build confidence, independence, and long-term results.
Amanda studied Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Suffolk before completing her MSc in Physiotherapy (Pre-Registration) at the University of Essex.
Amanda loves travelling and discovering new places. When she’s at home, she enjoys keeping active in the gym and getting out for long walks with her dog, Tilly.
